Put yourself in good hands.

Welcome.

My name is Regina. I am a doctor of philosophy und a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner.

What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a very simple method for bringing deep relaxation and thereby a sense of balance into our physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Via gently placing the hands on the clothed body, energetic blockages can gradually dissolve, inviting the body and mind to return to a state of natural harmony, where their innate self-healing power resides.

People all over the world rely, consciously or unconsciously, on the touch of hands to relieve tension. Jin Shin Jyutsu is the Japanese name for the systematization of these original impulses of harmonization. It translates as “Art of the Creator through Man”.

When is Jin Shin Jyutsu helpful?

Jin Shin Jyutsu supports the release of physical discomfort as well as emotional burdens that stand in the way of embodiment, well-being, and our full presence in the world. Jin Shin Jyutsu can offer gentle yet profound support to people experiencing conditions that modern psychology describes with diagnostic terms, such as depression or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and others. Jin Shin Jyutsu also supports people in coping with the ordinary fatigue and challenges of everyday life. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a cumulative practice. Regular sessions gently accompany clients on a gradual journey towards greater embodied clarity, a consciously chosen direction in life, and a deeper sense of inner strength and balance.

What is a Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment?

A treatment lasts approximately one hour. The practitioner gives nothing of themselves nor takes anything from the client. This allows the treatment to leave the client in their own sovereign space. Clients are welcome to talk about whatever is on their mind, but they are under no obligation to do so. Jin Shin Jyutsu is not based on mental interpretations of life situations or diagnoses. Instead, it is based on the practitioner's direct perception of the client's body's energetic flows. For this reason, the treatment does not rely on intimate personal disclosure and is intended to foster a relationship of clarity, respect, and personal autonomy rather than dependency.

My journey

For six years, daily Jin Shin Jyutsu has accompanied me in my personal growth. In 2025 I have become an authorized practitioner and ever since have been treating other people on their own path to self-awareness and self-determination.

In my role as political and moral philosopher, I am currently working on human agency and body sensitivity, and create seminar spaces where students can develop their thinking.

My five-year training journey in the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu allowed me to learn from various teachers in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, including Jill Pasquinelli, Chus Arias, Nathalie Max, and Martina Six. I continue to deepen my training in Jin Shin Jyutsu through ongoing study and professional courses, currently with a focus on animal treatment.
